The time for the healing of the wounds has come.
療傷止痛的時候已經來到
The moment to bridge the chasms that divide us has come.
現在正是跨越我們之間的鴻溝的時刻
The time to build is upon us.
我們著手建設的時候到了
We pledge ourselves to liberate all our people from the continuing bondage
我們承諾，會將依然陷於貧窮、剝削、
Of poverty, deprivation, suffering, gender and other discrimination.
苦難、受著性別及其他歧視的國人解放出來。
