Often genetic, all the magic pills could not prevent it
Could you imagine going days when every thought is depressing
Scars, from when someone feels lost and pathetic
Have suicidal urges that are hard to control
Sometimes you need someone there to talk on the phone
Remember life is a gift, we shouldnt toss it and fold
Take your heart, make it whole, know that youre not alone
Make it through the darkness, dont let it hold you hostage
The war has only started , find light inside the conflict
Some dont understand, and treat us like we heartless
For bullying, we targets, or swept under the carpets
But I have not forgotten you, cause I been haunted too
Every single day, I feel what you been going through
Looking for purpose, help find you the courage

Bottle it up any longer, it just makes a Monster
Doctors just say take depression, daily With water
No one more resolved, everyday we get knocked down
I tell them dont choose suicide, thats a Copout
If they aint uplifting you, you with the Wrong crowd
Go support some charities like Mind or Calmtown
Dont let them make you think that you Lesser
If they were in your shoes, couldnt deal With the pressure
Never panic, need a hand, you could have It
You been through the worst, theres Nothing you cant manage
