I think back when I was just a little Haze
Ambitious and driven with vision I sit
and visit with the good ol days nostalgic
the feeling as I remininsce
my sentences are sentiments
I speak the words with emphasis
in essence it's the past events that
mold you to the present day
person lessons learned
since adolescence shape
your character prepare you
for the obstacles that lay ahead
overcoming challenges with help from
those who breaking bread
family friends
you never take for granted
consider the difference malicious
and twisted out to take advantage
we can wish then make it a reality
strive to reach your goals then
watch the sun peak through
the clouds and gleam
be proud to see the present
when it's time we must direct the change
and guide it
don't be blinded be reminded by
effects of age
that now's your chance so take it
make a difference if you acting right
we all walk a path in life

Relativity of time hard to view
as a collective
have to live a lifetime to give time
in life perspective
circumstances slow advances
so expect the unexpected
life is like a mirror see yourself
when it's reflected
your perception's a result of
your first hand experience
I capture mine you'll find it
between capitals and periods
peer amidst the darkness for
a light brigher than Sirius
to help me on my journey
when my spirit is the weariest
and steering clear of this chaos
cuz it ripples
feel effects though indirect
they still possess the strength to cripple
so I build and trade ideas with the true
and living civilized simply put
or simplified not superficial

either unsincere or earnest
different people different purpose
