Once upon a time there was a little filly
很久很久之前，有这样一只小雌驹
Her name was Scootaloo
她名叫飞板璐
She tried to spread her little wings and join the winds
她也乘风展开她的小小双翼
But this she found she could not do
却发现她无能为力

All the other pegasai just found it easy
其他天马都飞得自在轻松
She wanted to fly too
她也多想飞翔乘风
But they just laughed and jeered and scorned her when she did try
可她努力的时候，他们都只嘲笑、戏弄、轻视她
So from her own kind she withdrew
所以她只得茕茕孑立

And all alone she faced the odds
孤独寂寞，她独自承受
They were against her
孤独煎熬着她
Just like everypony else
就像其他小马那样
And when the night came
当这夜幕降临
She huddled by herself
她只能抱紧自己
The roof above her head, the stars

Day after day she'd go school and then come home
一天又一天，她只是上学和回家
Which was nowhere, nopony knew
无马关心，无马知晓
She was cracking, she was breaking deep down inside

She didn't know how to get through

But then she met some in her class who shared a problem
直到她遇到几个能共苦的同学
They had no cutie mark too
她们也平凡无奇

They were against her

But not everypony was

And when her trials came her test her strength

When she woke she didn't dread that day was coming
当她醒来，她也不再害怕
The sky seemed more blue
天空也愈加湛蓝
And though her problems didn't leave, nor did her courage
尽管她还是飞不起来，她却有了勇气
With her friends to pull her through
